EXPERIENCE

Mr. Yeager is former in-house counsel for Cincinnati Insurance Company and highly accomplished in serving national insurance companies and their insureds, such as: State Farm, Cincinnati Insurance Company, Travelers, Beacon One and others. He has been practicing law since 1981. He has successfully represented individuals in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, product liability, and civil rights matters. He also has an active practice in residential and commercial construction disputes, representing both builders and purchasers. Mr. Yeager is experienced in trial tactics and negotiation. He is also well known for utilizing cost effective methods to quickly resolve complex cases. He has been selected as an Ohio Super Lawyer every year since 2009. He is AV peer review rated by Martindale-Hubbell.

ASSOCIATIONS & COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Mr. Yeager serves on the Tort and Insurance Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution committees of the Cincinnati Bar Association. He is a member of the Federal Bar Association, Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys and Defense Research Institute. He was also selected by his peers to be a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Yeager is frequently asked to speak at conferences on the topics of insurance law, tort law and insurance coverage. In addition to his many professional associations, Mr. Yeager has been an active member of the Leukemia Society and, in particular, it’s Team in Training, having run numerous marathons and raising charitable donations to benefit leukemia research in honor of his first wife who died of leukemia.
