EXPERIENCE
Mr. Davis has been a trial attorney for more than 30 years. During his career, he has served clients such as: National Chiropractic Mutual Insurance Company, Essex Insurance Company, Cincinnati Insurance Company, Figgie International, Sedgwick James, Anthem Insurance Company, Montgomery Ward & Company, Chematron, Inc., Bach Well, Inc. and Boiman & Sons, Inc. to name just a few. He has also represented parties in high profile cases such as the Beverly Hills Supper Club fire, The Who: Riverfront Coliseum case, and he defended a fire protection company in a multi million dollar damage claim by Ford Motor Company. Mr. Davis is also well versed in prosecuting medical negligence claims, including wrongful death actions.
ASSOCIATIONS & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
Mr. Davis is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cincinnati Bar Association, including the tort law, medical malpractice and workers' compensation committees. He is a member of the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Davis is a past lecturer for Financial Business Institute, Inc. on medical related cases and issues. He has been recognized in Who's Who in American Law and was recognized as on of Cincinnati's most prominent attorneys by the Cincinnati Business Courier in January of 1993.
